SPECIAL THANKS FROM ELMO BRAWLEY TO THE FOLLOWING WORKERS:I want to thank soooo many GREAT People, for all of their HARD WORK, love and generosity, this Jesus Mural would not be possible without them!!! Our Community never fails to amaze me, when someone, or something is down, our Community always steps up to the Challenge, and that’s why I’ve truly loved living in Scott City all of my life!!! Here is a list of the Volunteers who have came, and braved this heat, with Temperatures over 100 degrees, on several days, to help make the Jesus Mural Dream, come true!! Richard Thompson, and his HARD WORKING Crew of Shaun Davis, Shawn Farrell, Jeremy Weber, Glen Thompson, and Donnie Thompson. These guys drive 12 hours round trip, down here from Ottawa Illinois, to work several days at a time, and have done this 4 or 5 times since we started this project, and they never charge us anything, it’s all volunteer work, they do it for the love of Jesus!!! Here’s some more names of our HARD WORKING Volunteers!!!! True Tech Signs, Justin Warren and Landon Klaffer!! They are building us a beautiful State of the Art Cross!! These guys are absolutely amazing, I can’t wait to see that Cross on top of the Jesus Mural. Interior Plus of Scott City, Tim and Matt Porch!! They have provided a lot of labor, and equipment for this job, they have provided a lot of Professional Input, on this Jesus Mural, as well. Girardeau Stevedores Robert Koch!! Provided the Crane, for the Containers. M&M Construction Monty Keesee!! Equipment and Labor. Larry Gibbs, and Gary Gibbs!! HARD WORKING Volunteers, hanging Drivit!! Mike Brock, HARD WORKING Volunteer.Brad Thompson, provided Utility Tractor. Metal Cutters of Cape Girardeau Yarbrough Steel of Sikeston Mo. Jacs Excavating of Scott City!! Carman Jackson, Ground Excavating. Always remember when someone closes a window on you, God will open a door!! I’m so excited to see this Jesus Mural being built, it’s going to be absolutely gorgeous!! We still need some more Volunteers, and we still need some more, much needed donations!!!
